This knee brace exceeded my expectations. I had tested the previous version and this is a well designed upgrade that is getting a lot of use in my household. The combination of red light therapy, near-infrared light, gentle heat, and vibration provided noticeable relief without irritating my knee. All three vibration modes were comfortable, and the heat stayed warm without getting too hot.The brace is durable, well stitched, comfortable to wear, and easy to walk around in. The adjustable straps hold it securely without needing to be overly tight, and the material wipes clean easily.The battery really lasts through multiple treatment sessions, and USB-C charging is quick and convenient. I also appreciate the lock feature, which prevents the settings from changing while moving around.It’s advertised for shoulders as well but I found it took some effort to fit comfortably with the extension strap. The touch controller ends up closer to the neck area and is not easily viewable so choosing the right settings is by feel in that position. It was still doable but seems more designed for the knee specifically.Overall, this is an excellent knee therapy device with quality construction and effective performance that is great for home use and also very easy to travel with.

My wife has arthritic knees from Track and Field in college. She’s tried a variety of methods to ease everyday soreness. She’s suddenly is using this fantastic therapeutic knee brace almost daily. It’s comfortable. It’s easy to use. It can perform a variety of therapeutic tasks. The charge lasts plenty long enough, unless 6 people are using it daily—then, I’d buy a few more. I always try to comment on something, anything I don’t think is quite as good as it could be, but we’ve both used the brace more than once, and we have zero complaints. It’s super-easy to put on your knee or elbow, choose your function, and let it work. It will take time to see which method of therapy works for you. My wife loves the massaging vibrations, I don’t. This therapy knee brace lie on front and sides the knee. There are couple velcro straps that tighten the bracer behind the knees.There is a control panel with LCD screen. It has 3 vibration modes and 6 red light settings.I run and I bike. So my knees do get sore. This therapy knee brace do help me relieve strain and soreness. The vibration massager worked great. I don't believe in red light therapy, except that it creates heat, so it is like a heating pad. I find that for my knee, mix of ice and heat does help. So I will use some ice for 5-10 minutes, and then run this therapy knee brace for 10-20 minutes.As of June 2026, this knee therapy pad is $35.99. Hard to put a value on these type of products. If it works and help you relieve pain, it is worth the cost. If it doesn't work for you, then obviously not worth it.

Dealing with knee discomfort is never fun, but this has become a great addition to my recovery and relaxation routine.I love the combination of heat and red light therapy. This is a very sturdy made massager and red light therapy device. I know it takes a while for red light therapy to really make a difference for some people. I can’t really comment on how well the red light therapy works for me yet. You can see that the red light is on and working, but how much it helps my knee might take some time to determine. There are 6 different light levels that you can use.The massage part of the device is very nice. There are 3 different levels of massage. The button to control the red light and the vibration are a little hard to see on the all black round part that controls the device. There is a flat black look to the area where the controls actually are and a shiny surface where it will light up the levels for the massage and the red light.One great thing is that it has the ability to lock the settings. That way if you move and accidentally tap the buttons on it, you won’t change the levels.I have problems with my shoulder too sometimes and I want to try it on that as well. I can’t attest to the durability of it yet, but it seems sturdy enough to last for a while. I think it is worth the price. I look forward to using it more!

The main thing I gave this a 5 star for was that my husband felt a bit of relief after using this. Standing, stopping, lifting, and bending for several hours per day can have a toll on my husbands knees and back. This worked great for his knees as he love the vibration option. He doesn't know about the red light, but what he does know is that it helped. So I am guessing the red light does help too. It did covered a larger area around his knee giving him more soothing relief. Definitely a great knee pain relief therapy brace.

Depending on the price point when you buy this could be a really great massager, heater or brace for the price (or overpriced for what you get.) The redlight feature work well and hopefully help with recovery and relaxation. The vibration I actually do enjoy and feel like it feels the most relaxing and enjoyable of all the features. I do wish the heat was stronger and warmer, it's okay, but feel like it could be more powerful. The brace seems durable, well-made and made with quality parts. I like the cordless function (especially for a knee) and the battery seems to last quite awhile.

I tore the meniscus in my left knee so I knew what to expect when I later tore my right knee meniscus. I purchased this unit really not expecting to see much difference in the recovery time but I have to say I've been very pleased. I have to charge it after each use but that's a minor when compared to the gain. Gentle heat, massage through vibration, and red light: what's not to like?

For the functionality you’re getting, we also think the overall value is good.Our main issue is the sizing. The fit runs smaller than we expected, so someone with larger legs or a bigger build may find it restrictive even with the adjustable straps. A little more room or a larger-size option would make this considerably better.Overall, we enjoy using it and like the therapeutic features, but the smaller fit keeps it from being a full five-star product for us.

This device is a bit big for my skinny elbow, but it works decently on my shoulder with the included extended strap. The operation of this device is simple as well and includes a locking feature which is nice for when you want to set your settings and then go about your activities as your session continues. This is a well built model that is probably best for a medium to large (likely not xl) sized limbs, or is suitable for many sized shoulders.

Overall, this is a nice, higher quality vibration/red light device. I like red light devices and I do find them useful for joint pain and other issues. I have tried many and this is well made with nice materials. It looks good. I like the blue. The vibration choices do feel nice and it is comfortable to wear, especially while sitting with the knee bent.For me, I'm skinny, and this pushes my skinniness with the overall larger size of this device, but it does fit and I can feel the vibration pucks. It should be fine for normal and larger legs without issue.I prefer red light to just a heating pad with vibration, as I do feel that the red light is beneficial and it does bring relief to my recurring knee issues. This is the first company to send a red light device that comes with a truly beneficial manual that gives actual warnings about rare conditions where people may not want to use red light. For example, red light may increase the growth of melanomas as it is designed to increase blood flow and productivity of cells. This is good for your healing cells, but bad for cancer cells.One annoyance is it does not work when being charged. If your battery gets weak, you cannot charge while using. In my experience, some devices allow this and some don't, and those that don't will become e-waste faster than the ones that do. In fact, the "Red Light Therapy for Knee & Calf with Heat & 4-Zone Massage" device from this same company does allow charging while using. Whether or not a device allows this is simply a choice of the device programmer.Overall, if the price is right, still recommended.

This red light and vibration therapy brace is exactly what I needed. It fits me well and is easily adjustable with the included straps. There is even an extension strap to make it larger, which is a great addition. The red light/heat setting has 5 progressively warmer levels (with the 6th being a pulsed mode). The vibration has 3 selectable settings, as well as off. It gets warm, but never to the point where its hard to keep on, even at the highest setting. I dont know if its the heat or red light (or both), but it makes my knee feel a lot better lately. Well worth the cost for something that works. Would absolutely recommend!

This is an impressive red light therapy knee brace. It is made of sturdy, durable material. The fit is great. It has adjustable straps that fasten with hook/loop type fasteners for an adjustable fit. I like how I can use it for both activity and when I am resting. It is cordless and chargeable with a convenient "C" type charging cable. This brace has an easy to use and easy to read display. There are control buttons on the display. It comes with and easy to understand instruction manual that is good to read before your first use. It suggests you do a 10 minute sensitivity test to see if you might have a reaction to red light therapy. This is the first red light therapy device I have used that suggested this. This device uses vibration, massage, heat and red light therapy. I feel it is worth a try to help ease knee pain. The price of this red light therapy device seems reasonable when compared to other products on the market.

Was a nice way to help my sore knee get some vibration in. The red light therapy..... well that is some hocus pocus there, unless maybe you are using professional equipment, which this is not. Nevertheless, I found the vibration to work really well. The control circle is really easy to use and responsive. The velcro is generous and the quality of the material and stitching is top notch. Really good quality item if you skip over the RL mumbo jombo. However, if you feel like RL results can be obtained through a device like this, it does indeed do RL illumination on the front side of the knee with a lot of surface area. Also to note, the vibration is only the front of the knee where the motor is, and it's strongest just above the knee.

I had a slight tear in my knee meniscus a few years ago not to mention bad knees from competitive tennis and basketball since college days. I have discovered that daily heat on my knee seems to keep it in place better than ice. I have been using a heating pad and figured a heating knee brace like this DEPOWIN cordless massager would be helpful. It has many interesting features but I would first have to clarify that it is better at providing many various vibration options and not so much for massaging. The controls for all the features are very touch sensitive and do not respond to hard pushing like a button. The instruction manual is very thorough and well written including specs like the battery has a generous 2500 mAh rating.However, I got it mainly for the potential heat. It does not heat as well as my heating pad so I was a bit disappointed in that. It does make up for it in other areas. The brace material is extremely high quality. I thought it would simply attach by strapping the Velcro around but it actually had a metal loop the Velcro threads through to secure the brace. I was apprehensive about how easy that would be to navigate but it was easier than I thought it would be. They also provide red light therapy, which I am not really up on but is supposed to be more therapeutic. If you need extra length on the strap, they conveniently have provided an extra extender strap. Keeping in mind a couple limitations for me personally, it is still an impressive knee brace.
