I personally did not use this. I actually bought it for my mother who hurt her arm. And shoulder recently, and nothing seemed to work. Ordered this, and it seems to have done a lot more. For her than the other things she was trying. She used it for a couple days and noticed huge improvement in the quality of her arm and muscles. I highly recommend this even though I didn't use it personally. Someone close to me did and they seemed to have benefited from its use highly recommend it. This is working quite nicely for my shoulder. While it has different levels of vibration, it also can be set without, which I prefer. It also works well on my knees. Just sayin'.

The massager comes with easy to read instructions, but I still found it a little difficult to figure out how to attach the adjustable strap. The device comes with two straps and good velcro closures and can be adjusted to fit almost any size. The device emits a medium level of heat, which I found to be soothing, and the vibrating massage feature is pretty strong. The device can be adjusted for different lengths of time, which is nice. The device is wireless, easy to charge, and maintains a charge for several hours. The device is loud, which for me detracted slightly from the relaxation this offered. I cannot tell at this point if the red light therapy aspect of the device will ultimately prove beneficial, but the combination of the heat and the light massage are helpful after a long day at my desk. Its a little loud since its close to my ear but not enough that I won't use this for my shoulder.The strap was a little hard to figure out without looking at the instructions but once you figure it out, its very easy to take it on and off. The control panel is very intuitive and I was able to figure it out right away.It has different levels of heat and massage depending on how much massage and heat you want. I find it to be very soothing on my sore shoulder. As I use it more and more, I do notice my shoulder is not as stiff as it was when I first started.It is also very adjustable fitting a wide range of people since it comes with 2 different size straps. I have peripheral neuropathy in my left shoulder from an auto accident that damaged my multiple parts of my spine, and this red light heated shoulder massager is a helpful devise.It is easy to charge, and I like the digital display that shows how much charging has been achieved. The different light, heat, and vibration settings are nice, too. I did have to stand in front of a mirror the first time I used it so that I could see which buttons I was pressing. But after a few uses, I got used to where the buttons are located, and now it is simple to adjust the settings I use most often.I really appreciate that this is wireless, asI can move about without worrying about unplugging myself, and there is no issue with cords getting tangled if I wear it while relaxing on the couch. The only real downside is that it is bulky, so doing things like working on the computer are difficult. There just isn't enough "give" in the shoulder to move my arm in the way I need to for keyboarding.Personally, I prefer the heat and massage, as I can feel immediate results. I am using the red light, but I really cannot say how well, or if it is helping. To be fair, any results are going to be different for everyone anyway. The warmth is more appealing to me than the massage. In an effort to save battery life the heat has an auto shut off after 10 mins. If massage is your thing, the Depowin red light shoulder brace has 3 settings. It also offers 3 timer settings (10,20,30 mins). The 72 led lights have 5 levels of brightness. I have also used the red light wrap on my knee, after a slip on the stairs.

My favorite feature of this particular device is the upgraded controller: it comes with a protective plastic film on the face with the control buttons, which is pretty common. What is uncommon and really wonderful is the directions for use are basically summarized right there. I've had both shoulder joints replaced and after 10 years they are starting to get sore after a good nights sleep. I am hoping this type of Therapy will provide some pain relief. I've only been using it for a week now and I am still waiting for the relief to kick in. I need to give is some more time, it certainly hasn't gotten any worse. Fingers crossed as to its overall effectiveness.The product itself is well built. Straps are provided for adjustment to various body styles. My arms are muscular and the fit of this product is a little tight. The unit has several levels of therapy strategy and does warm up the area nicely. I really like the cordless design and the size of the power source. It's appropriate for the what the intended use is.I decided to limit the rating to four stars for the two issue mentioned above, not an obvious pain reliever as yet AND the fact that it is somewhat tight for those of us who lifted weights in our lifetime.

I had rotator cuff surgery 10 years ago and now have a partial tear in the same shoulder. It's not bad enough for another surgery, but there is intermittent pain and discomfort. There are 5 heat settings, 3 timer settings (up to 30 minutes) and 3 vibration modes, though to be honest the vibration doesn't do much for me.It charges via a usb-c port. I've tried a couple of shoulder wraps and candidly I really don't know if the "red light" is any more effective than any other heating method. Still, it feels good and, as I said, provides a level of relief. It isn't cheap, but if you have shoulder pain or discomfort it may be worth a try.

I was so excited to get this because of my recurring shoulder pain from an old injury. I usually just wear my Copperjoint shoulder brace to help alleviate my left shoulder pain but I wanted to see if this red light therapy strap would provide further relief. I wasn’t expecting much but the vibration and heating element felt nice and soothing. My shoulders felt much better after six 20 minute sessions over a couple of days. It was very comfortable to use and came with two different size straps (35” vs 39”). My chest size is about 38” and I used the shorter version for a more snug fit. The other strap can be used as an extension, as needed. It took a bit of getting used to putting on but not that difficult to do. As for the control module, I like the large size and buttons but it was hard to see anything without being in front of a mirror. The light level (L) goes from 00 (no light) to L6 (highest light) and vibration mode (M) can be set to M1, M2, or M3 (by pressing the middle power button). The timer button is at the bottom of the module and can be set to 10, 20 or 30 minutes. I used the light shirtless but they do recommend wearing white or light colored clothing for comfort. Overall, I really like this red light therapy shoulder strap. It seems to be well made and didn’t take very long to charge. It felt great when I was using it and it did give me some relief during my sessions. I’m hoping that the red light will help heal my shoulder over time but that remains to be seen. I’ve been dealing with pain in my left shoulder, probably because I mostly sleep on that side. Always a little tight, ibuprofen usually helps.Figured it give this a try and I’m glad I did! It has red lights and it vibrates. I suppose it helps with blood flow or something.. not really sure. The lower strap around the bicep is also adjustable, but much less so. It was pretty snug on me, so if you have large arms it may be a bit tight.Getting it on the first time is a little tricky, much easier the second time.Sit somewhere with a fan or cool air, because it gets warm and will make you sweat.Good product overall.
