Comfortable with customizable warmth and vibrations

Pros:- completely cordless and rechargeable with built-in controls for relaxation make it easy to use- comfortable, ultra-soft inner lining stays gentle against skin without sticking or overheating- provides extensive customization options, including 5 LED brightness levels, multiple pulse frequencies, heat, and a 10/20/30-minute timer- expansive coverage wraps surrounding areas across the thigh, knee, and calf rather than targeting just a single spot- gentle vibration and rapid heat boost blood circulation and soothe minor joint stiffness- reasonably good value for money and effectsCons:- not suitable for mobile use as it's too heavy to walk around in without slipping down the leg- vibration massager is relatively weak and does not provide deep-tissue pressure reducing slightly the effectiveness- battery drains faster when running heat, light, and massage simultaneously, requiring frequent recharges

Good Battery Life, but Limited Coverage

This red light therapy wrap runs fairly large. I can adjust it enough to fit me, but I don’t think it would work particularly well for a teenager or smaller woman. Even with the straps adjusted, the coverage isn’t quite where I need it. It doesn’t really reach or light up the back of my knee, which is one of the areas I specifically wanted to target.I also didn’t notice the pain relief I was hoping for, so I can’t say this has made a significant difference for me. The battery life is good, and the Velcro straps work well and make the wrap easy to put on and adjust. It took me a little while to figure out where the on/off switch was since it’s located at the base of the control module rather than being immediately obvious.Overall, it’s simple enough to use and reasonably well made, but I’m not convinced it’s particularly effective or a great value for the price. If you’re smaller framed or specifically want to treat the back of your knee, I’d pay close attention to the sizing and light coverage before purchasing.

Softest and very effective red light wrap for the leg/knee

I appreciate that right out of the box, this product was charged with enough juice to allow me to have a treatment without needing to first charge it--immediate gratification!I love red light therapy. I'm a true beleiver in its claims to alleviateing pain and helping recover. I'm always looking for the next best device, particularly for my knee, because most are clunky, uncomfortable and stiff. Not this one! While it is a little bit heavy, I think given the nice fabric and quality electronics, the heaviness is necessary. What really impressed me is that the interior--the part that goes against my skin--is so soft. It's velour and comfortable againsht my skin. Others I've tried are vinyl, so my skin sticks to it and the vinyl gets hot.I imagined I could walk around while using this, but I really can't...it slides down and is too heavy. I could walk if I had to, it's just not really practical so I just sit still for 10-15 minutes. One other negative (as with most red light wrap devices) is that initially, it has a vinyl/plastic smell that I aired out for several days before using this. I don't like that this uses so much plastic but that is the nature of these wraps. There are so many adjustments, from the intensity of the light and its pulse, to the intensity of the massage itself. The manufacturer has thought of everything in its design. Note that the massage is really more vibration and pulses, not really shiatsu style, but that is what I like because I don't tend to like a lot of pressure, so for me this is great. I feel it really stimulates my circulation. I just love it.My legs are of average size, and the only real negative to this product is that its a little hard to adjust because there are three places to tighten it up (thigh, knee, and calf). But on the other hand, it's nice to have a 3-in-one device so it is expected to have several points of adjustment. I'm 5-foot-4, and for me, this is more like a device for my full leg--from mid-thigh to ankle. What a special treat! For the cost, and the fact that this is cordless, it is an amazing product. In fact, I feel it is worth more. Truly one of the best red light devices I own. The real negative is that I have just one and have to switch legs!

Well designed, comfortable, and actually convenient to use

I've used several red light and heat-type devices over the years, and one of the things I like most about this one is that it's completely cordless. That sounds like a small detail until you've dealt with units that basically tether you to an outlet the entire time. The wrap is comfortable, the controls are easy to use, and I like being able to adjust the light, heat, massage, and timer depending on what I want at the time. The heat comes on quickly and the vibration is more of a gentle massage than something aggressive, which works well for relaxing the knee and surrounding muscles.I also like that it covers both the knee and part of the calf instead of only concentrating on one small spot.I can't personally measure whether the LEDs are putting out exactly the advertised wavelengths, but from a design and usability standpoint this is one of the better knee wraps I've used. The rechargeable controller and lack of a power cord alone make me much more likely to actually use it regularly.Overall, it's well made, comfortable, easy to use, and does what I wanted it to do.

Anyone with active legs or sore joints should try one of these.

I got this 'Red Light Therapy for Knee and Calf with Heat and Massage', and it really works!?. My legs always hurt after ball games, but this wrap seems to help them recover MUCH FASTER?! The red and infrared lights seem to get deep into my knee, and the heat feels good on sore muscles. The best part is the controller. The massage zones and different light modes are easy enough to change. It also fits my leg just right. Red light therapy claimks to have so many great benefits for healing, and I am becoming a believer. This wrap is a perfect fit for any average leg (maybe not so well on a toothpick or a 5 gal bucket leg, just sayin'). My knee stiffness is way down, and I recover much quicker now. Anyone with active legs or sore joints should try one of these.

Well Made and Customizable, But Sizing Is a Tough Fit For Larger Legs

I got this for my left knee, which has some ongoing issues that cause pain in the fascia and joint. I was impressed that this is so well made. I've own several different red light wraps, and some of the other units I have doesn't fit the knee area well, or are not stitched well, and the hook and loop doesn't work to keep the wrap together as well as this one does.I'll break this down into some pros and cons. The pros are that it is independent of an electrical source and runs on a battery. The controls sit right at the top of the wrap where you can easily use it and adjust it. It's very customizable. You've got five different brightness levels, and then you've got a couple of different pulse frequencies, although I will say the vibration intensity wasn't that strong. It's also got a timer. I love that. For me, there was one very big con. It barely fits my leg. I'm a larger girl, and this *just* fits me. I did read another review where someone said that it's falling off their skinny legs, so I guess my observation is that this is made for people who have proportionate legs. I can still use this, but it's a tough squeeze to get it on as it barely reaches around. It also says you can walk around on this during light activity, and it will stay in place. I have not found this to be true.As far as red light therapy goes, this is a nice unit with some really good features that are well thought out. Just watch the sizing issue if you carry some weight on your legs.

After multiple uses it personally helped to alleviate my knee pain.

Here's a simple Pro's/Con's List:Pro's:(1.) This Red Light Therapy Knee Pad is lightweight and comfortable to wear with it's soft microfiber inner lining, and it has multiple different red light brightness settings, with multiple pulse massage modes to choose from, and it also has a adjustable timer for 10 to 20 to 30 minutes sessions at a time.(2.) I use this 3 different times, and from a full charge it dropped down to 2-bars on the charge level indicator before I charged it, so it lasts a while before needing to be charged.(3.) I noticed each time that I used it, that I was experiencing less and less knee pain, so it seems to really work for me, which is definite plus.(4.) For the overall effectiveness, I think it's definitely a good value for the money.Con's:There really aren't any so far.In Conclusion:I highly recommend this Red Light Therapy Knee Pad.It's Lightweight and comfortable, and easy to use.The charge seems to last a long time, and it's priced fairly for how effective it is, so it easily gets a 5 out of 5 Star rating from me.

A gentler massage than I was expecting

I’m pretty familiar with different over the counter therapy devices and own at least a dozen. I had a foot and leg injury about 5 years ago and have chronic pain in my left leg from my foot to my tailbone. I have several different red light therapy devices, heating pads, and even a set of blow up compression boots similar to the ones hospitals use. This red light therapy device has pros and cons.I’ll start with the pros. It comes nicely packaged in the manufacturer’s sturdy retail box. It presents nicely and would definitely be suitable for gifting. The materials feel high end, with a velvety texture that feels nice against the skin. A bright LED screen faces the user and is prominent and easy to read. The device comes with a full instruction manual as well as a quick start guide for those that don’t like to read. Buttons are easy to figure out, and it’s easy to get on and off. The whole thing is extremely well made, with strong, quality stitching and excellent overall craftsmanship. Strong velcro, metal loop, plenty of red lights, and minimal noise, even on the highest setting. As a plus sized lady, wearing a size 18, this fits around my thigh and calf comfortably and with ample room to spare. The cons: I can’t seem to get it tight enough to feel the vibrations deep down in my leg. Even on high, the vibrations feel superficial and just sort of jiggle the top fat layer. I was hoping for something with a deeper massage, like the kind you feel in your bones. The red lights are soothing but never feel fully hot, so there’s definitely no risk of burning my skin and I never broke a sweat. The device is rechargeable so it operates without a cord, but no matter how tight I make it, it still slips down my leg if I try to get up and walk around. I suspect this is due to the soft velvet-like lining which feels great against my skin, but doesn’t provide and “grip” to keep it in place. The usb-c charging cord that is included is about 3 feet long and the initial charge took about 90 minutes and I’ve used it 3 times so far without having to recharge, so the battery life lasts a long time. For the current price of around $55, it’s a well made device that provides medium heat and a gentle massage.

Decent, a bit big on my skinny leg. No usefulness in the lower section (no lights/vibration pucks)

Overall, this is a nice vibration/red light device. I like red light devices and I do find them helpful for joint pain and other issues. I have tried many and this is well made with nice materials. It looks good. The vibration choices do feel nice and it is comfortable to wear. For me, I'm skinny, and this pushes my skinniness with the overall larger size of this device. I do struggle to get it tight on me. It works, and the vibration works, but I wish I could pull it tighter on my chicken legs. For those with larger (normal?) legs, this should fit fine (and it’s still quite decent on my chicken legs). It is unnecessarily long, in that it reaches down further on the leg below the knee than is useful. There are two sections that strap onto the lower leg, and the bottom section has no lights and no vibration pucks. It's not necessary, and it makes this look like it is impacting a greater area of the lower leg than it really is. It could have and probably should have been cut off below the first strap.Still, it's a nice device. I prefer red light to just a heating pad with vibration, as I do feel that the red light is beneficial. This is the first red light device that I have received that came with a truly beneficial manual that gives actual warnings about rare conditions where people may not want to use red light. For example, red light may increase the growth of melanomas as it is designed to increase blood flow and productivity of cells. This is good for your healing cells, but bad for cancer cells.Once nice feature is it works even when being charged. If your battery gets weak, you can charge while using. A lot of devices don't allow this, and those will become e-waste faster than this one should. Ultimately the battery may become so weak that it can't charge and work at the same time, but this can be held off much longer in devices that are permitted to work while being charged. Kudos to that (it's simply a choice of the device programmer).Overall, if the price is right, recommended.

Helping me heal from a complex tibial fracture.

I like this product. I wanted vibration so that it helps my bones heal from a pretty severe fracture. I believe it is helping my incisions heal as well. I do it on pukse for 20 minutes every night. It is warming and the vibrations are comforting and relaxing.

Great for taller or shorter people

My husband uses this when he is dealing with sore knees. So far no complaints as he still uses this along with a leg compression wrap after. He does like that it covers not only the knees but his calf as well. It is easy to use and can be taken when traveling because it can be charged. The settings are easy to understand and it is easy to use. I have thicker legs and this fits me between 5ft and 6ft it works for both heights. My husband said it provides minor relief after. So that's better than nothing.

Good

The fit is a little strange. The heating element does not get very warm. The red lights definitely work. Nice to have options on brightness and massage type . Battery life is not great even without using the massage feature.

Not a quality massager

Not a great massager, weak and sporadic. Good for heat and infrared.

Excellent Combination Of Red Light, Heat, And Massage

This is a really well-designed knee wrap with a lot of useful features in one device. The combination of red and near-infrared light, heat, and vibration makes it feel genuinely relaxing, especially after a long day. I particularly like that the controller is cordless, so I'm not tethered to an outlet while using it. The adjustable straps hold the wrap securely in place, and there are enough settings to customize the intensity and session length. Overall, it is comfortable, easy to use, and feels like a much more substantial therapy device than I expected at this price.

Well constructed and cord free, gets the job done

I ordered the Red Light Therapy for Knee & Calf with Heat & 4-Zone Massage, and overall it gets the job done. The wrap feels well-constructed, and having a cord-free controller makes it really convenient to use while sitting on the couch without getting tangled up. The heat kicks in quickly, and the subtle vibration massage provides nice relief around stiff joints. The main drawback is the sizing and fit; the straps can be a bit tight depending on your leg size, and it doesn't stay in place very well if you try walking around with it on. Still, for relaxing at home and taking the edge off daily stiffness, it is a convenient tool to have around.
